Achieveopedia is a Social Empowerment Website. We have integrated over 25 years of research developing our Atomic Productivity training with the power of real time social networking. It’s social networking with a constructive purpose. Our mission is to supply the tools and generate the positive infra-structure of support, for those who are striving for greater levels of success, happiness and self-fulfillment.
Atomic Productivity is the fusion of experience, imagination and action, coming together for the purpose of improving personal abilities and creating opportunities. We provide the proven system that enables members to persevere and excel as they help one another to progress and succeed.
Our goal is to create a worldwide outreach, interconnecting ideas and experiences, for the purpose of improving the quality of life for every Achieveopedia member and to empower each member with the ability to have a positive impact on the lives of others.
Many of our achievement methods and services have never been available using the internet for mass collaboration of ideas and support. So, it will be exciting to see what members can do working with one another in this new and exciting success process.
This process is about dedicating yourself to progressive improvement and development in all the important aspects of your personal and professional life.
There is no magic to it, nothing mystical. Atomic Productivity relies totally on the limitless possibilities of the human mind and the determination of the human spirit; utilizing natural attributes – born to everyone.
Atomic Productivity is based on Rational Reasoning. The core of our process is to logically be able to sort and categorize needs, desires, talents, ideas and actions. This is our version of a “life instruction manual.” It is to help people use their talents and abilities to progressively make good things happen for themselves and others.
Achieveopedia offers individuals and businesses another option in the quest to master problem solving, create opportunities and improve results – tapping our greatest natural resource: our imagination and collective experiences.
With the positive support from our “System Organizers” and “Success Communities” Achieveopedia members help one another grow ideas and opportunities while not giving in to fears and excuses.
It is our hope that the 25 plus years of our research and development, along with the collective ideas of our members, bring inspiration and success to anyone who wishes to improve the quality of their life and have a positive impact on the lives of others.

4. YouthAchievia
Our Philanthropic Foundation
YouthAchievia empowers and supports disadvantaged youth.
Since 1985, Achievement Dynamics Institute has reached out to encourage and inspire disadvantaged young people to step-up and succeed.
To continue with this purpose, fifty percent (50%) of all net profits generated by Achieveopedia will be applied to YouthAchievia and other successful youth empowerment programs throughout the United States.

All of our training topics are accessible online, so members can learn success strategies at their convenience. This empowers our members to access information and ideas at optimum times for concentration and learning.
Repetition helps to internalize valuable concepts and perspectives for easy learning. Members will also have the capability of downloading our trainings to their personal listening device. This way, members can review material while performing routine daily activities.

Its process has universal applications, enabling members to relay ideas and share information across business, educational and cultural boundaries. The applications and outreach of the Empowerment Atom are limitless.
If all it took was the knowledge and desire to accomplish a goal, most people would be able to maintain good health simply by knowing how to eat well and to exercise. However, empowerment is also needed to actually make the necessary changes in our behavior patterns and perspectives.

Achieveopedia’s Organized Success Blueprints
Every member will be able to supercharge their goals with our organized “Idea Banks” system, a mass collaboration inside each community specific to the needs or “Focus Zones” of that community. Members share information, ideas and perspectives as they develop and achieve specific goals. Their purpose is to organize the succession of knowledge and speed the research & development of effective actions. Members can contribute to an established Idea Bank or start their own topic.
This sharing of information inside the Idea Banks will assist others with similar hopes or challenges and will become a library of best practices. The Idea Bank matrix will grow exponentially, as we broaden our international membership and strengthen Achieveopedia’s capital of information and experiences.

13. Personal Attention & Guidance
Intake Coordinator – This is our welcome person who has a private meeting with new Achieveopedia sign-ups. From this consultation, it is decided as to the best path the new member needs to follow and which Site Guide would be best suited to the new member’s initial goals and objectives. The Intake Coordinator then works with the assigned Site Guide to support the new member in their certification process.
Site Guides – A trained Achieveopedia staff member instructs new members around the site and helps them to incorporate Atomic Productivity into their goals. Site Guides remain in contact with their assigned member to answer any questions while they get acquainted with other Certified Members and Achieveopedia Communities.
14. Certified System Organizers
System Organizers offer non-judgmental, friendly and objective leadership. They are enthusiastic about assisting Achieveopedia members to make positive choices. They also help members to remain focused on their success journeys.
These are members who entered into our System Organizer Certification Program and are trained to offer support services and guidance to our membership. Each have their own Production Center as they help incorporate Atomic Productivity and its applications in the Communities and Focus Zones that they are most experienced in and passionate about.
System Organizers operate independently from one another. They set and determine their own prices, schedules and the types of training and outreach services they support.
They charge in what is called Power Watts.
15. Power Watts Shared Support
Shared Pricing Structure for System Organizer Training Time
A Power Watt is a 15 minute measurement of conference time with a System Organizer. Four Power Watts make up one System Organizer hour. This allows members to share time, ideas and the cost of training. Member’s can purchase Power Watt time with a System Organizer for private meetings or share their training and support time with fellow members.
This is a time share process in order to make it affordable to get personal training, meet and work with others as Power Partners. Meanwhile the System Organizer is still being compensated fairly for his or her time and expertise.
A full Power Circuit is four members meeting for one hour so each member has an adequate amount of time for personal participation, clarification and accountability. This also allows cross training to take place and Power Partnerships to develop.
For example: If a System Organizer is $10 a Power Watt they are charging $40 an hour for their time. By members sharing time, each of the 4 members only needs to contribute $10 each for the hour of specialized training and support. The System Organizer splits their earnings with an active Non-Profit in Achieveopedia. Eighty percent (80%) goes to the System Organizer twenty percent (20%) to the Non-Profit of their choice.
16. Income and Career Opportunities
System Organizers are a non-judgmental, friendly and objective voice of reason. They are enthusiastic about assisting other members to make positive choices. They also help members to remain focused on their success journey.
These are members who are trained and certified to offer support services, guidance and training to other members. They help incorporate Atomic Productivity and its applications in the communities and focus areas that they are most experienced in and passionate about.
System Organizers operate independently from one another. They set and determine their own prices, schedules and the types of training and outreach services they support.
Members who qualify may submit their application to become a Certified System Organizer
17. System Organizer Certification
Includes Certification Training and your own Production Center
(Positions available in all the Regions and Communities)
- Create your own home based business helping Achieveopedia members
- Design and develop your own teaching and support website and training library inside Achieveopedia
- Sponsorship income of twenty percent (20%) on direct referrals that purchase membership into Achieveopedia.
18. Power Circuit Master Minds
Achieveopedia Members progress in Power Circuits
Power Circuits are meetings of two to four members that can consist of any combination of Certified Members and System Organizers. Their purpose is to advance forward progress in one another’s’ goals and objectives. Power Circuits allow each member at least 15 minutes for personal processing and strategic planning.
These meetings have interchangeable topics and ideas and keep evolving on daily, weekly and monthly cycles at the choosing of the team. They keep evolving as the progress and growth of goals are strategized, acted upon and achieved.
Their purpose is to:

- Receive constructive feedback
- Keep score on your results

- Help you recommit to your goals and objectives
Power Circuits enable members to navigate their way to their destination by progressively strengthening themselves and transforming their circumstances. They are designed to keep generating a forward motion needed for positive change to take place through measured achievements and tactical accountability.
Power Meetings – Larger group meetings which have more participants, but do not include the 15 minutes per person of strategy or accountability. Power Meetings are more about teaching than personal processing. They may or may not have attendee limitations.
Solution Circles – All participants are there to help one member come up with a number of possible solutions, strategies or opportunities.
